Refund policy

Purchases:

ALL SALES are final and there are NO REFUNDS. Defective items (such as T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Under Garments, Hats, Mugs, Pillows, etc.) that are deemed misprinted due to manufacturer error or that were damaged in shipping will be replaced with that same item of equal value only.

If you chose to "customize" an item and had it special ordered, please note that we are not responsible for items printed incorrectly due to customer error/misspellings and they CANNOT be returned or replaced.

We are also not responsible for a customer ordering the "wrong size," and therefore those items CANNOT be returned or replaced either.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
